Demonstration Group Classes

An introduction to the flavors and ingredients of Thai Cuisine.
Students relax while watching the director prepare the dishes and

Students experience a hands-on introduction to Thai ingredients and culinary theory under Praparat's expert guidance.

Full Day Class	- $500 per student / full day - 4 students maximum
Couple's Class	- $500 per couple / half day

Thai Gourmet House offers individualized private instruction at all levels.
These hands-on classes are designed to meet the specific objectives of

Learn to Cook Thai. Praparat Sturlin founded the Thai Gourmet House Cooking School in 1989 in Scottsdale Arizona to establish an authentic venue for instruction in traditional Thai Culinary Arts in North America. She has been teaching chefs, teachers, recreational cooks and culinary enthusiasts through intimate intensive hands on classes for 18 years.
